With heightened concerns for global warming, environmentally friendly ways to incinerate waste have become of critical. In 2009, we developed the CS Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Gasification & Ash Melting System, an advanced WtE system to combat the issue of waste and environment and help build a fully recycling society for future generations.

Advantages

The process of gasification and ash melting of the system allows high recyclability compared to conventional incineration systems. The system achieves an extremely high level of control of dioxins emission, not only in the gas emitted but also in the construction material by-products produced from melted ash. Metals (aluminum, iron, and steel) contained in the waste can be recovered and recycled with rather high sales value compared to metals from conventional incineration.

Gasification Process

Dioxin-free melted ash or molten slag can be used as construction materials such as asphalt for paving roads.
